Will clients get to see their guests’ videos/photos?

Yes, clients will be sent the full gallery of their event the following day. The gallery will include all videos/photos taken at their event.

How much space is needed for the booths?

For the 360 Spinning Video Booth, a space no smaller than 12x12x12 ft is required. The Ring Roamer Photo Booth requires no less than 10x10x10 ft. If booking both booths, both booths must be able to be side by side in a space of at least 22 ft x 12 ft in length and width.

How many people fit on the 360 Spinning Video Booth?

The 360 Spinning Video Booth generally fits up to 4-5 people at most. The platform is able to hold a maximum of 600 pounds.

How do I secure my date?

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required for the 360 Spinning Video Booth and combination rentals. A $100 non-refundable deposit is required for the Ring Roamer Photo Booth. A signed contract and deposit secure the date.

How can guests receive their videos/photos?

Guests will be provided a QR code to the event’s digital gallery where they will be able to download and save their photos/videos. Other options include AirDrop, text message, and email. Please see attendant at the event if you are unable to access your digital video/photo.

Do you provide balloon decorations for the backdrop?

Unfortunately, we do not provide any decorations. But we would love to connect you to one of our friends who do provide these services! Please inquire.

Can I use my own backdrop?

Absolutely yes! If you have a backdrop you’d like to use, please ensure there is enough space to set up by it.
